People use different screen resolution settings, so 
they get different appearances.
Mine is set up on 1024x768 at this time. I use this 
90% of the time.
So if someone uses like 1280x1024 or larger they
will see the ends repeating on a sideborder, Corner
or scrolling stat that has been made at a width of
1024 or smaller.
To set your screen resolution , if you should choose
to do so.
Right click on your desktop in an empty spot.
Properties / Settings
Screen Resolution, Move the slider to where you 
want it.
Apply and OK
