The runtime folder contents are only copies... you lose copies of the parts of stationery,nothing else from doing this  I know that IM Management says not to clean them.... but most of our users and myself know that IM runs better by cleaning them.
We are aware that Incredimail management says not to do this but they themselves recommend it many times when their program is malfuctioning.
