1 Close out the Incredimail program all the way. Even right click
on the little orange envelope icon in the lower right of your
screen on the desktop taskbar.
Reboot your computer
Restart.
If that didn't help...bless your heart and do this.
2 Type in the search bar at this site "Runtime"
You need to delete the contents that you will find in the folders that
you will see in the runtime folders.
You will see folders like Animations,Images,Messages etc.
Do not delete the named folders but open them up one at a
time and Ctrl + A to select them all and Delete by pressing
delete on your keyboard or right clicking and selecting delete.
When you have finished reboot and bring your IM back up.
It should be running like a champ again.
3 Do a virus scan
